The Sobranie Restaurant is situated on the territory of the Russian village of Shuvalovka.

Its no-frills interior is designed to resemble the traditional Russian village hut with wooden benches, a large table covered with a canvas tablecloth, clay pots, and an old poker by the stove.

Capacity of the Sobranie Restaurantis 350 seats.
Capacity of the VIP Hall is 50 Seats.

Cuisine:
Russian. The extensive menu of the Sobranie Restaurant lists upwards of 120 dishes prepared according to ancient Russian recipes. There’s sturgeon baked under caviar sauce and mirror carp fillet without any of 135 bones, as well as traditional Russian drinks and desserts.
