Location:
The restaurant is suitably located in one of the old streets of Moscow, Myasnitskaya Street.
Interior:
The Villa Restaurant reminds one of the Azure coast villas. A luxuriously decorated interior with silver, marble and smalt, a fireplace and an aquarium. Its rooms are crowded with wall paintings and the vaulted ceilings are made in the 16-century refectory style.
Capacity of the Villa Restaurant is 100 seats.
Cuisine:
French and Mediterranean. Fois gras occupies a special place in the restaurant menu. Escalope of duck's liver on orange crust with cherries in caramel and pieces of spiced bread is a real designer masterpiece. The menu is full of such specialties as fried lobsters with white mushrooms or pumpkin cream soup with crab meat. Risotto with fried chanterelles, squids, Parmesan cheese, and a sauce of squids is beyond compare. It’s worth tasting amazing desserts like pears in a chocolate cup with pineapple, mascarpone cheese, litchi sorbet, mint, and pear chips.
