Location:
The Savoy Restaurant is housed in the Savoy Hotel that is favorably located close to such city attractions as Red Square, Tverskaya Street, the Bolshoi Theatre.

Interior:
The Savoy Restaurant consists of the main hall, the banquet hall, and the bar. It features exquisite luxury of the interiors. The main hall is decorated in the exquisite rococo style. The walls and the ceiling of the Savoy Restaurant are covered with paintings, and the famous fountain is a true symbol of the place.

Capacity of the Savoy Restaurant is 100 seats.

Cuisine:
Russian and European. The Tsars' menu is served according to the Romanoffs' dynasty old traditions: the bear's flesh a la Siberia stewed in juniper sauce, the Fish Trio - sturgeon, pike perch and salmon on caviar sauce with steamed young vegetables, pancakes with raspberry-curd cream and berry sauce for dessert. Among the specialties of the menu there are also Tartare of tender breast of duck with ginger sauce and chili sauce; his roast venison loin is served on a tartlet with onion confit, mushrooms, potato straws.
