The Tsars' menu is served according to the Romanoffs' dynasty old traditions: the bear's flesh a la Siberia stewed in juniper sauce, the Fish Trio - sturgeon, pike perch and salmon on caviar sauce with steamed young vegetables, pancakes with raspberry-curd cream and berry sauce for dessert.
