Interior:
The traditional Russian restaurant welcomes its visitors in 2 halls. The Russian hall is decorated in the style of Ivan-the-Terrible's chambers: whitewashed vaulted ceilings, brilliant golden candlesticks, ancient menus on the walls, welcoming chairs, every detail here speaks of true Russian style. And the European hall has a contemporary European design.
Capacity of the restaurant is 80 seats.
Cuisine:
Old Russian. You can taste Russian aristocratic dishes, prepared according to ancient authentic recipes: flavorful venison marinated in Siberian pine nut liquor, melt-in-the mouth sterlet on champagne, czar chicken cream soup with delicate puff pastry, fresh water eel garnished with salmon caviar and anchovy and so on. The restaurant conducts the program called "historical dinners", when you are offered the menu of the Russian court and you are to follow the etiquette rules of those times.
Notes:
Music: in the Russian hall you can enjoy folklore - balalaika, violin, domra and guitar; in the European hall traditional jazz is played - piano, violin, saxophone and guitar.
