Interior:
The hall reminds you of a large barrel with a stove at the bottom. All guests, no matter where they seat either around the stove or on the balcony upstairs, can witness a bull carcass being grilled, which is really worth seeing. A special cook watches it very attentively and turns it over at the right moment. Fat trickles down each side causing fire sparks and whetting your appetite.
