Location: The Bochka Restaurant is suitably located in Ulitsa 1905 Goda Street, not far from the World Trade Centre and the Moskva River embankment.
Within a walking distance from Mezhdunarodnaya Hotel.
Interior: The hall reminds you of a large barrel with a stove at the bottom. All guests, no matter where they seat either around the stove or on the balcony upstairs, can witness a bull carcass being grilled, which is really worth seeing. A special cook watches it very attentively and turns it over at the right moment. Fat trickles down each side causing fire sparks and whetting your appetite.
Capacity of the Bochka restaurant is 120 seats.
Cuisine: Authentic Russian. Pies and pancakes, shchi (white cabbage soup) and borshch (red beetroot vegetable soup), pelmeni (meat in small dough envelopes) and goloubets (meat stuffed in cabbage envelopes). Kvass and nalivkas (liqueurs) will be a perfect supplement for a belly-pinched wanderer. |
