Moscow restaurants are famous for their various and refined cuisine and excellent interiors. Many restaurants are located in the ancient residences and so retain the spirit of Russian Olden Time.

As an example, and our recommendation Cafe Pushkin restaurant, the 1st floor of which is decorated in the ancient drugstore style, and the 2nd one with its rich collection of ancient books and manuscripts resembles the library of A.S. Pushkin time. As well as the interior the menu amazes: Beef Stroganoff, Cutlet under the recipe of Pozharsky or hot chocolate which is cooked according to the ancient recipe and is served in the chocolate noggin of 19 century.
